The Heavy Duty Brake Roller Regritting Kit is our toughest and most durable Class 5 solution, specifically engineered for HGV brake testing rollers exposed to extra heavy usage.

Ideal for MOT stations performing Applied Brake Tests, this industrial-strength kit restores or replaces worn roller surfaces with a long-lasting, high-friction coating capable of withstanding intensive, daily testing.

Each kit includes enough materials to regrit 1 to 4 full commercial rollers or patch problem areas as needed. Using the OneDay formula, it applies two thick coats of specially bonded very coarse grit, sealed with a solvent-free topcoat. The result is a rugged, slip-resistant finish that supports maximum grip and long service life.

Stored materials remain usable for over a year, making it a practical choice for ongoing maintenance.
