Making A PurchaseWe accept credit/debit card payments using Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Delta, Maestro, Electron & Solo. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to be dispatched, unless it has had to be especially ordered. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax or over the Internet.
Please note: Because of recent turbulence in the currency markets we reserve the right to amend prices prior to an order being placed in the event of a severe devaluation of the £. However we would normally contact you prior to shipping the goods. Please also note that pictures used on our website may not be the actual product shown but the nearest equivalent available at the time.
Our minimum order value is £5.00 + VAT.
Shipping And HandlingIf your order is for UK mainland delivery (Excluding Scottish Highlands) and meets our minimum order charge of £5 + VAT you qualify for FREE 3 Working Day Delivery. Your parcel will be despatched by the most economic means for delivery within 3-5 working days.
If you wish your order to be sent out on a next working day delivery then a standard flat rate of £5.99 will be charged.
We can also offer a morning delivery service, pre 10:30 and Saturday morning delivery at extra cost.
Please note that orders placed after 4pm are not guaranteed to be despatched on the date you place the order.
Orders for delivery outside UK mainland will be advised before processing the order.
Ensure that someone is available to receive your delivery, if a carrier is forced to make a 2nd attempt to deliver your parcel you may incur an extra charge.
* Large Bulky items do not always qualify for free carriage - Please check when ordering.
* Please also note that at present we are not able to supply goods to the USA or Canada
Delivery ScheduleItems held in stock will generally be despatched within 1 working day. Items not held in stock will generally be despatched within 5 working days. Where this is not possible you will be notified of the extended delivery period.
Back OrdersIf your item is not in stock, we will back order it for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax ChargesVAT will be applied to all orders delivered within the UK at the current rate. Orders to be delivered outside the UK will generally be ZERO rated.
Credit Card SecurityWhen the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
GuaranteeAll our products are supplied with a full manufacturers warranty which is generally 12 months.

1. NOT REQUIRED
If part is no longer required (and through no fault of Butts) there is also a 20% re-stocking charge upon return of goods. We can collect the parcel at a cost of £20 per 20 kilo parcel. This is for UK mainland only!
SPECIAL ORDERED ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED
Before goods can be returned it is necessary to complete a product returns form available from our administration team.
When you receive your goods by carrier it is imperative that you check the parcel while the delivery driver is still present. Failure to do so will invalidate any claim for damage. If the goods are found to be damaged please sign the documents as damaged and do not accept delivery of the goods. If you do not make a claim within 3 days of delivery you will be unable to make a claim.

If you have been sent an incorrect part please contact our administration team.
4. FAULTY PART
If a product that you have purchased is defective and still under the manufacturers warranty please contact our administration team.
