We check our prices against our competitors to make sure we offer the best price. In the unlikely event that there is a competitor offering exactly the same product, they have it in stock and it is available for immediate delivery then we will match it. No catches or tricky exceptions.

Criteria for price match
The Product on our competitor's site is identical to one we sell
The Product must be in stock with the competitor and available for delivery within 48 hours
The Product is in stock with us
We are able to verify the offer

How to claim
If you have found a cheaper price from one of our competitors and it meets the above conditions, please give us a call on 01302 710868. When you call you will be asked for the following:
1. The product you are interested in purchasing and the price
2. The web site address of the internet site offering a better price (NOT a price comparison site)

If we can confirm that one of our listed competitors are offering the same product cheaper we will match that price (please note we price match the price of the product taking into account our free delivery etc.
The offer is not transferable and you must purchase the product on the same day that we offer to match a competitor's price.

FREE CARRIAGE
Name me just one person who like to pay carriage... No I thought not.
We understand that here, and don't think you should have to pay it either!
So from 1st November we are introducing our 3 day carrier service at no cost to you!
Orders that meet our minimum invoice value of just £5 + VAT will be shipped out by the most economical way to save you any courier or postage costs.
Obviously there are times when you need your goods the very next day in which case we have a standard cheap flat rate of just £5.99!

We also offer a subsidised before 10:30am service, a Saturday morning delivery service as well as services to Northern and Southern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and The Isle of Wight.
