Hand-held controller, suitable to work with VAG vehicles including those equipped with Controller Area Network (CAN) protocol. Back-lit LCD display with simple to follow menu-driven software. Reads and clears diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs) for engine, ABS, airbags, transmission, radio, climate control (A/C), steering wheel and immobilizer vehicle modules. Also resets oil service light, retrieves vehicle information (VIN), displays I/M readiness status and OBDII freeze frame data. Turns off malfunction indicator lamp (MIL) for engine, airbag, ABS and automatic transmission. Supplied in handy-case with OBDII and serial cables.
