Its hydraulic bead loosener enables the user to handle every kind of wheel without any damage. Its exclusive mounting head (synthetic material) can run closer to the rim than any steel head, reducing stress on beads on low profile tyres.
The ergonomic position of the wheel is granted by a spring loaded centering device that allows to work at the desired height.

This model boasts a tubeless tyre inflation system. The device is activated by a single pedal command with two positions:

Position 1: standard inflating mode. Tyre is inflated through a line protected by a pressure limiting device.
Position 2: beading, by means of a large quantity of pressurised air.

High-performance bead loosening: safely and easily handles ultra-low-profile tyres, rim protection sidewalls, runflat designs. Helps matching tyre and rim, without demounting the upper bead.

Exclusive "TULIP" wheel clamping system
Allows wheel to move in unison with hydraulic roller forces without risk of bending the rim.
Eliminates steel-jaws clamping, which can damage the surface of sophisticated wheels.

This new range of tyre changers for passenger cars is the ideal solution to satisfy the new demands of the specialists in the tyre industry.

The G850 range features a completely new body, offering:

• Tool working span of 10" to 24" with alloy wheel protection
• Tool locks automatically at the appropriate distance from the rim
• Adjustable bead breaker
• Outside clamping capacity of 10"-24" (12" - 26.5")
• Single Phase
• The extra height of the vertical post and tool shaft allow operation on tyres to a max of 14” (355 mm) width.

But what makes the G850 so attractive is our innovative invemotor: this allows to regulate the table rotation speed from 0 to 14 RPM (same as in our Top range of changers)
