Roof Welding
Leister are able to offer solutions for both single ply & modified bitumen systems:
Single Ply
Benefit from the repeatability of an automatic welder, either 30mm Overlap Welding with the Uniplan 120v welder or the higher speed 40mm Overlap Weld of the Varimat 230v c/w Health & Safety approved safety kit.
The Leister Triac is the industry standard tool of choice for hand welding of roofing materials, choose from either 'S' or 'PID' models, a wide range of nozzles & rollers are available for both tools to ensure every job can be undertaken with ease.

Bitumen
Traditionally this product has been applied with a propane gas burner, but this is becoming more problematic as concerns about naked flames grow. Leister have a solution to this problem, Bitumat, the automatic welder developed especially for the modified bitumen roofer. No naked flames, fast & safe offering consistent welding results.
Supplied c/w Health & Safety approved safety kit this 230v welding machine is available with either an 80mm or 100mm overlap nozzle. Leister also produce a suitable hand tool Electron which can be used for detail work or small areas where it is not practicable to use a Bitumat.

Plastic Fabrication
Hot Air Plastic Welding
Leister provide a range of different tools for plastic welding applications:
Leister Triac & Hot-Jet 'S', tools with their own built in blower, take the tool to the job.
Leister Diode & Welding Pen, tools without blowers that require an air supply either from a Leister blower or a suitably filtered & regulated compressed gas supply.
For applications where operator fatigue is an issue, Welding Pen is a very light & compact tool.
Extrusion Welders
A new, modern range of Extrusion Welders for all applications from the very small & compact Weldmax, to the sophisticated heavy duty Weldplast range.

Shrinking
From cable sleeves to pallet hoods, hot air provides a safe means of shrinking.

Industrial Fabrics
Leister offers a range of tools for PVC, ECB, EPDM & PVDF coated materials, both for hand welding of smaller items & automatic machines.
Uniplan - the answer for banners & smaller marquees. Chose from 20mm or 30mm overlap machines with digital controls for easy operation.
Unimat - the heavy duty machine for larger projects choose from either 20mm or 40mm overlap nozzles. 50mm tape kit is also available. Digital controls.
For smaller tasks the Leister Triac, either 'S' or 'PID' with their range of accessories offer a simple reliable solution.

Vehicle Repairs
As cars & motorcycle components are more frequently manufactured from plastic the requirement to repair these expensive components becomes more necessary.
Both the Triac & Hot-Jet 'S' are suitable for these applications, the Hot-Jet 'S' is especially suitable for motorcycle repairs where it's lower air flow than the Triac reduce distortion on thin plastic fairings & panels.
